Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a highly
experienced service provider and supports the German Government in achieving

development. Owned by the Federal Republic of Germany, our organization
functions as a private sector enterprise with a development mandate: to improve

operational department GIZ International Services (GIZ InS) was established as
an integral part of GIZ in 2002. Since then it has implemented approximately

national governments and private businesses.

MacDonald Romania was set up in the 1990s for the purpose of pursuing EU- funded work in
SouthEastern Europe. Following a series of successful Technical Assistance
projects implemented by MM Romania team in the water, environment, transport, and energy projects,
in 2011 the
office became the Mott MacDonald Group’s
Centre of Excellence for the pursuit and implementation of EU-funded business in Europe and Africa.

of companies in 1986, in December 2005 Archidata became a Limited Company (S.r.l.). Over

ISMERI Europa S.r.l
Ismeri
Europa is an interdisciplinary research institute with 35 years’ experience in policy analysis and research on economic
development and cohesion, labour, welfare,
income redistribution and European structural policies. ISMERI has developed
an interdisciplinary approach combining macro-economic analysis and modelling with a wide range of
social science quantitative and qualitative research methods in order to adapt the analysis to the
